Anthony Michael Hall and Dee Wallace award-winner to hit global digital platforms
Echelon Studios has secured the International distribution rights to the science fiction feature Roswell Delirium, with a planned digital release later this year.
The film, which won Best Picture and Best US Feature at the 2024 Echelon Studios International Film Festival, has now returned to Echelon Studios.
Set in an alternate 1980s America ravaged by nuclear fallout, Roswell Delirium follows a young girl named Mayday who attempts to contact her astronaut father but mistakenly intercepts an intergalactic distress call. Her search leads her to Spacerock, a mysterious site near Area 51, where she is exposed to lethal radiation. As Mayday’s health deteriorates, her mother makes a desperate journey back to Spacerock, hoping alien intervention can save her daughter.
The ensemble cast includes Anthony Michael Hall (The Breakfast Club), Dee Wallace (E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial), Lisa Whelchel (The Facts of Life), Reginald VelJohnson (Die Hard), and Sam Jones (Flash Gordon), alongside Kylee Levien, Ashton Solecki, Arielle Bodenhausen, Kayden Tokarski, Georgia MacPhail, and Romyn Smith.
Roswell Delirium is directed by Richard Bakewell, who also serves as executive producer alongside producers Anthony Michael Hall, Glenn Evans, Larissa Evans, Patrick Dupree, Lorna Dupree, and Daniel McCoy, with Queens of the Stone Age’s Troy Van Leeuwen serving as composer.
