Echelon Studios is proud to announce the second annual Echelon Studios International Film Festival (ESIFF) this fall, 2022.

Echelon Studios has twenty plus years of experience in acquiring, promoting and licensing films in both the domestic and worldwide markets. To this end we are seeking films in nine categories to compete for prizes and distribution deals.

Submitted films will be competing in the following nine divisions:

Best US Documentary

Best US Webisodes

Best US TV Series

Best Animation (Short & Features)

Best International Feature Film

Best International Documentary

Best International Webisodes

Best International TV Series

Winners will receive a monetary prize of $1000 plus an automatic worldwide licensing deal with Echelon Studios. All of the other nominated films will also be considered for distribution deals.

 

Festival Schedule
  • September 27, 2021: Opening date for accepting submissions
  • October 20, 2021: Deadline for submissions
  • November 3, 2021: Notification Date (notify which submissions have been accepted as nominations)
  • Info to Filmocracy by Nov 7th: materials (films and artwork)
  • November 15-19, 2021: Event Dates (on demand at [Filmocracy Festival Village link])
  • December 1, 2021: Announce Winner Awards

 

Rules & Terms
  • Films must have been completed in the past 3 years.
  • We consider films regardless of their premiere status. Even if your film has already premiered at another festival, whether it screened at a physical venue or online, it’s still eligible for consideration.
  • The applicant holds the sole responsibility of copyright clearance of any copyrighted material in the film.
  • The festival has the right to use a trailer, stills, pics and posters for promotional purposes in various film magazines, social media, websites, etc.
  • All films should be in the English language or subtitled in English.
  • Shorts must be less than 50 minutes. All projects over 50 minutes should submit to the feature category.
  • The festival will only communicate with the submitter of the film project.
Festival Screenings

Nominated films will be available for virtual screenings at the ESIFF Village hosted by Filmocracy. Details and link coming shortly.
