From the producer of “Ip Man,” Hong Kong Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) investigator William Luk (Louis Koo) is investigating a smuggling case. While doing so, he accidentally uncovers links to an international human trafficking ring in Thailand, and enlists the help from the Chief Justice of Asia Emma Pang (Jessica Hester Hsuan) to stop a terrorist attack.
